My Philosophy

Food is one of the greatest joys in life. It’s a huge part of celebrations, experiences, travel, family, and just overall enjoyment. However, having a positive relationship with food can be difficult. More and more people are starting to realize the impact food has on our overall health but with so many fad diets and conflicting information it’s impossible to know what is healthy anymore.

This is where I come in, my easy 3 step approach can help you wade through the overload of intimidating and frustrating diet information and get back to the basics.

To start, There is no one plan that is best for everyone. Our bodies are ALL unique and have different needs and reactions to food. My approach brings my knowledge and understanding of nutrition to you so that we can build a tailored plan that works best for you, your body and your lifestyle. I don’t believe in diets or quick fixes. I believe in moderation, balance and understanding how food works for our bodies. This is a lifestyle change that will better your overall health and relationship with food for the long term.
