·       How to find healthy options for cereal, take out foods, snacks, frozen food, and high protein foods

·       Get away for calorie counting and more towards analyzing what foods to eat that give one energy so I do not feel lethargic

·       Accessible by text, email, and an app where I record my meals and communicate with Robin daily

·       She has a beautiful website with recipes you can make yourself!

“I'm in my 60's, so I've probably attempted hundreds of diets over the years. I'd always start the same: being really judicious for a week or two, followed by the inevitable "crash-and-burn" by returning to old habits. My diet of choice was low carbs. I'd avoid bread, potatoes, and other carbs ... but load up on steak, chicken, and Atkins dinners and bars.
